BNI Substitute Policy

For Our Members:

We hope we’ll see you every week, but if you need to call a substitute, below are some people who are willing to be called.
We encourage you to look within your own network first – the best substitutes are people who know you!
It is important to limit using any one particular person as your sub because:

1. Subs — just like visitors — are a great source for referrals. By using different subs we broaden our outreach.
2. Subs who we give referrals to — and who have referrals to give — are people we can invite to become members of
   our chapter.
3. We do not encourage people to be perennial subs, but appreciate those who are available to our members on
   short notice.
4. Any colleague or employee who does the exact same thing as you, can be your sub as many times as you wish.

Thank you for being available to our members! Be sure to get the member’s infomercial and bring your own business cards.
